Achieving racial equity in the social sector requires 'democratizing leadership' across staff at all levels, especially those who don't consider themselves as leaders. There is no checklist or ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to tackling the adaptive challenge of creating racial equity.  Join us for a meaningful learning experience that aims to shift the conversation about leadership from a conventional focus on "power-over", status, control to one based on " power-with", equity, and justice. Through the sharing of stories, cases and the framework Adaptive Leadership, which was developed at Harvard Kennedy School, participants will learn the following.
