Abegail Baguio
About
Abegail oversees the fund development and communications strategy for the Amica Center for Immigrant Rights (formerly known as CAIR Coalition). Prior to joining Amica Center, she served in the first-ever development team at RAICES, an immigrants’ rights services provider in Texas, which received a $20 million windfall in 2018 after a Facebook fundraiser went viral.
She has spent most of her career in the arts, serving in various roles at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Music Center, and the Portland Museum of Art in Maine, with a short stint at Colby College.
Abegail holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from St. Mary’s College of California and earned a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy certificate from The American College of Financial Services.
