Speakers

It’s been a draining two years, and we know that everyone is just exhausted. Yet in many ways, communicators for good are busier than ever, with more at stake for our causes and organizations and increasing demand for our skills. How can we cope with burnout and move toward thriving in our careers and lives?

Join ComNetworkDC for a conversation with Cheryl Williams, a social-sector communications professional and executive coach.

We’ll talk about:

  • What burnout and languishing are and how they’re different

  • Seven conditions driving communications staffers and others in nonprofit organizations to examine their professional satisfaction

  • How communicators are thinking about their next moves

  • Strategies and next steps for wherever you are

We’ll also take some time to talk with each other in informal breakout groups, so we can reconnect and learn from our peers about what’s working for them. We can’t wait to see you all there!
