April Happy Hour
This month's happy hour will be in the vibrant community of Pilsen at La Vaca Margarita Bar from 5-7 pm. This will also be an opportunity to support a fellow Communications Network member, Marrianne McMullen. She will be at nearby Pilsen Community Books to talk about her recently released book, Persuasive: 40 Lessons in Communicating for the Common Good from 7-8 pm. Registration is not required, but is appreciated so we know how many tables to reserve and snacks to order :)
What: A happy hour with Communications Network members and friends! Afterwards, we will walk down the street to Pilsen Community Books to attend fellow Communications Network member Marrianne McMullen's book talk.
Who: Comms-for-good folks from across the Chicago area! You do not need to be a Communications Network member to attend.
Where: La Vaca Margarita Bar, 1160 W. 18th St. Accessible by the Pink Line and 18 bus. Metered street parking is available on 18th St.
When: We're switching things up from our regular Thursday schedule and hosting this event on Tuesday, April 22, from 5-7 pm.
